I help people through difficult times and growth periods in their lives, and I’m quite good at it. I have been counseling professionally since 2002. My education includes Sonoma State University, University of Southern California and John F. Kennedy University. Through over three decades of work in various businesses and counseling situations I understand a diverse range of viewpoints, needs and desires. When someone is in a challenging time in their life, they need a compassionate and non-judgmental, yet direct and experienced professional to illuminate the path and bring clarity to a situation.
My style is in response to the client’s needs: I’m very client-centered and positive. I employ a solution orientation, with mindfulness, awareness, meditation and other techniques to help the client find happiness and balance. The process is about the needs and growth of the client, and to that end I am one hundred percent committed.
I know how hard it is just to reach out and ask for help, but if someone is in pain, they don’t need to be.
